Payment

Credit Card

Payment may be made with VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, or MAESTRO. You can also pay with Klarna*, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. If you pay by debit or credit card, you will be asked to submit the name on your card, your card number, expiry date, and if applicable, card issue number and three-digit security number. This information is transmitted via high-level encryption directly to the bank to verify that your credit or debit card is valid. Once your card has been approved by the provider, or in the case of a bank transfer, when we have received the payment on our account, we will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. If you pay by bank transfer, the delivery will be released as soon as the payment is visible on our account. If you pay by Klarna or PayPal, we will send a confirmation once Klarna* or PayPal confirms the payment to us.

*Please note that payment cannot be made with Klarna if your order is to be delivered in a country other than the UK, or if your Klarna account is not a UK account.

For more information about payments with Klarna, please visit Klarna’s customer service page.

PayPal

Payment may be made with PayPal. You will be asked to log into your private PayPal account during the check-out process in our e-shop. Alternatively, you can choose to proceed without a PayPal account and pay directly with a credit card, e.g., MasterCard. After completing the payment from PayPal, you are sent back to our e-shop where we will confirm your order if the payment was successful.

Klarna Payments

You can choose to pay using Klarna. Klarna will provide you with specific payment terms. For further information or questions regarding your payment please visit Klarna’s website or contact Klarna’s customer service.

3D Secure

What does 3D secure mean?

3D secure, also referred to as 3D secure authentication or 3DS, is a fraud prevention measure originally launched by Visa (as Verified-by-Visa) in 2001. It adds an extra layer of security when taking card payments, ensuring that customers are using the correct card details, thus helping to protect against card payment fraud. 3DS is supported by major debit and credit card issuers, including VISA, Mastercard (as Mastercard Secure Code), and American Express (as American Express SafeKey).

How does 3D secure authentication work?

When you are ready to pay for your product online, you will be redirected to your debit or credit card provider’s 3D secure page. On their website, you will either be asked for a password (which you will have set up with your bank) or to enter an authentication code (which will be automatically sent to your confirmed mobile phone number). After providing the correct details, the payment will be approved by the card provider, and you will be redirected back to our confirmation page. You will then receive a confirmation email that the payment has been successful.

How can I sign up for Verified by Visa / Mastercard Secure Code?

Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code are offered by banks and service providers, not directly by Visa or Mastercard. We suggest contacting your bank or service provider for details.

What do I do if I forget my password?

You can easily reset your password. The process will depend on your bank. If the Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code box pops up after you’ve entered your card details, there is usually a "forgotten password" option. By clicking this, you will be asked for information provided when you signed up, and you can reset your password quickly to continue shopping.

My bank sends a code to my phone but sometimes I don’t receive it. What should I do?

Contact your bank directly so they can investigate. The issue could be as simple as them not having your correct phone number on file. A quick call should resolve this.
